2. Payment Policy

We accept payments via international credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), bank transfer, and digital wallets/Apple Pay (through Stripe or Tap Payments).

Orders will only be processed and shipped once the payment has been successfully confirmed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

After successful payment, orders will be processed and delivered within 3–5 business days and might be changed (depending on the destination).

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Eegen Studio is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.

4. Return & Refund Policy

Eegen Studio accepts returns/exchanges within 7 days of receiving the product for the following cases:

Manufacturing defects.

Incorrect size or item delivered.

Items must remain unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Sale items or custom-made/personalized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Provide complete and accurate information when placing and confirming an order.

Review order details, including product specifications and shipping address, before completing payment.

Bear any additional fees (if applicable) charged by banks or payment service providers.

6. Eegen Studio’s Rights & Obligations

Ensure that all products are delivered as described in terms of design, quality, and authenticity.

Guarantee strict confidentiality of customer personal and payment information.

Reserve the right to decline or cancel orders that do not meet payment requirements or show signs of fraud.
