1. Change of Mind (No Manufacturing Defects)
If customers decide to return a product for personal reasons and the item has no manufacturing defects, Eegen accepts returns under the following conditions:
- Customers will be responsible for the return shipping fee and any additional costs incurred during the return process.
- Eegen will refund 70% of the order value. The remaining 30% will be retained as a restocking and processing fee.
- Refund processing time: up to 10 business days from the date the returned item clears Vietnam customs.
2. Manufacturing Defects
If customers receive a product with a manufacturing defect, they must provide proof of the issue within 7 days of receipt. Acceptable evidence includes unboxing videos and photos clearly showing the defect.
Once Eegen confirms the issue as a genuine manufacturing defect:
- Customers may choose a replacement or a full refund (100%).
- Refunds will be processed within 5 - 7 business days after confirmation.
3. Custom or Personalized Products
Eegen does not accept returns or refunds for products that are custom-designed, made-to-measure, or contain personalized details.
After your order has been successfully placed, our Customer Service team will process it and send you an update via email as soon as possible.
To ensure a safe and seamless shopping experience, Eegen offers secure payment options through PayPal or Credit/Debit cards (including VISA, MasterCard). Please select the method that best suits you.
Please note that all transactions on our website are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). For your convenience, the original value of your cart will automatically be displayed in USD during checkout.

All order changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Simply send us an email within this timeframe and let us know the details of your request or the reason for cancellation.
Please note that after 12 hours, your order may have already been processed or shipped by our fulfillment partners. In such cases, we are unable to accept cancellations due to change of mind or other reasons.
A processing fee of 10% of your order value will apply to any approved cancellation request. Once your cancellation is confirmed, your refund will be issued and reflected in your account within 14 business days.
Partial cancellations are also possible—you may choose to cancel specific items from your order. A full refund will be provided for the cancelled items, minus the processing fee.
Once your cancellation has been successfully completed, we will send you a confirmation email along with your refund summary.
