We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If an item arrives faulty, defective, or incorrect in size, style, or color as your order, you may request a full refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving your order. We take full responsibility for the quality of our products and will cover all related costs in these cases.
For returns or exchanges not related to a product issue, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Eegen will refund 70% of the order value. The remaining 30% will be retained by Eegen as a restocking and processing fee. Refunds will be issued in the form of Store Credit. Please note that we only allow one exchange per order.

All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us at eegenstudio@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is prepared for shipment. Once an order has entered processing or dispatch, changes may no longer be possible. In rare cases where cancellation is approved after preparation, a small 10% handling fee may apply.
