We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Items may be returned within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the item’s purchase price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original, new condition, with all tags and labels attached. If an item arrives faulty, defective, or different from what was ordered, Eegen Studio will cover all related return or replacement shipping costs.

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us at eegenstudio@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is prepared for shipment. Once an order has entered processing or dispatch, changes may no longer be possible. In rare cases where cancellation is approved after preparation, a small 10% handling fee may apply.
