You can return online purchases by mail. Please note that we do not accept in-store returns for online orders. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery by following the steps below:
-Contact us at eegenstudio@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return (for example, size or fit).
- We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item using a trusted courier such as DHL or FedEx. Please keep proof of shipment and tracking details for reference.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We are not liable for any damage or loss that occurs during return transit.
Once we receive your returned item, our quality assurance team will carefully review it to ensure it meets our Return Conditions.
After the inspection is complete, we’ll notify you by email and process either a refund or replacement, based on your request and product availability.
Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider or chosen refund method.
